Are estimates free?
Yes, we provide free estimates. Sometimes we can use precise and detailed information provided by a customer in order to provide a rough estimate, but we most often have to take a look for ourselves to fully understand the scope of a job and ensure that we are pricing the correct items and corresponding sizes for the most accurate and efficient estimate possible.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
We strive to provide estimates as soon as possible, but we also work with various suppliers that we rely on to provide customers with the most up-to-date pricing and products available, and that length of time can vary from project to project.
Where is my estimate?
We use software called Wave, and our estimates provided via email sometimes find their way to spam folders. If you have not received your estimate, please check there and let us know if you still cannot find it so we can make sure that you get it.
What is the the turnaround time?
The turnaround time varies greatly between projects and is largely dependent on the kind of materials required. Glass orders take several weeks to receive, hardware can take over a month or longer, and more specialized orders can take months to receive - especially right now. Once orders are finalized, we can provide you with tentative delivery dates.
How can I change the payment amount when making my down payment?
You will always see the total amount of the invoice prefilled when you click to pay, but you can change the amount. You can pay the full amount of the invoice, or simply click on the area that shows the amount due and change it to the amount specified in the notes/terms and we will send you a receipt for any amount(s) paid.
